Achilles International is a weekly running/walking group for people of all abilities.  They meet every Monday at Washington Park/.

Belmar Running Club is a FREE weekly running club in Lakewood, CO. Meets on Thursday evenings at 6 p.m. at Runners Roost Lakewood, 7978 W. Alameda Ave, Unit A. We welcome runners and walkers of ALL abilities. After each run we go for happy hour drinks!

261 Fearless Club Metro Denver is a social, non-competitive running club. The goal is to have women join once a week for a one hour mini-vacation where they will move their bodies with fun activities, followed by walking/running. It is an opportunity to make friends, enjoy the outdoors, sweat a little and be joyful.  Tawni is offering this to Graduated Beginners, at no cost, for an entire year! After that our Membership fee is minimal: $52.61 yearly, $2.61 drop in, and coming soon a punch card for $10.00 for 5 session. We meet on Sunday, at 11:00 a.m. at City Park. bRUNch Running is for anyone and everyone and we offer a wide variety of events to meet everyone’s budget. The offer FREE events. Because here at bRUNch Running it is our belief that fitness, food, and fun should be accessible to all. Their community is made up of thousands of individuals known as bRUNchatarians and these individuals can be defined as: “Those who enjoy all things: running and fitness related, eating (brunch mostly), drinking (delish libations both alcoholic and non-alcoholic) and of course being social!”


Erie Moms Run this Town  provides a fun/free club for moms (and really ANY woman – not just moms) to get together, run/walk/jog/hike and socialize. You do not have to live in Erie, but most meet-ups happen on the eastern side of Boulder County. You are also welcome to plan events of your own within the group, to meet other local runners/walkers that are your pace!

Boulder Moms Run this Town  similar to above, only not quite as active, but you can definitely post meet ups in the Boulder area and try to find other women to run with based on your location, pace, etc.

Shoes & Brews Social Runs Wednesday and Thursday nights at Shoes & Brews in Longmont hosts a FREE fun social run/walk for ALL paces. ½ priced pint following the non-competitive run/walk, and they have food trucks some nights in the summer!

Boulder Running Company

Northern Colorado

Fort Collins Running Club ( promotes an enjoyable and positive running atmosphere for runners of all levels and abilities. FCRC provides a local race calendar with some discounts to all its members. They also host the Tortoise & Hare Race Series

Tuesday Night Track – Fort Collins, CO is a group of fun, energetic runners of all abilities who come together on Tuesday mornings (winter) and nights (summer) to do speed interval workouts together.

North FoCo Pub Runners is a social 5K – All abilities welcome! Thursday Night Group Runs

Fort Collins Trail Runners is a free group for anyone who wants to run trails in the Fort Collins area.

Fort Collins Long Run Club is a fun group where runners can connect for those long training runs. *This group would be a bit more challenging for beginners, but I’m sure just as welcoming to runners of all paces.

Loveland Running Club is a Monday group run. Loveland Aleworks. Check Facebook page for more details.

Intersect Brewing is a local brewery that hosts a Tuesday Night Run Club – check Events on their Facebook page. 3-6 mile runs from the brewery in Fort Collins. All ages and abilities welcome. Runs are lead by a local track coach.
